2. Economic resilience

  • Automation of production to reduce dependence on foreign labour

  • Introduction of new crops to the region which will be more profitable for the farmers

3. ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY

  • Addressing the need for more sustainable soil practices

  • Targeted interventions to reduce the environmental impact of agricultural production across the region

4. EDUCATION AND INNOVATION

  • Training for the next generation and farmers to implement relevant agri-tech innovations

Smart Philanthropy and Government Collaboration

Philanthropic funding is vital to ensure immediate needs and long term resilience for farmers is achieved.

Catalytic philanthropy is agile and can be deployed at speed and also serves a key role in mitigating risk for innovation.

At ReGrow we ensure philanthropy plays a complementary role to that of the government and insurance companies. ReGrow works in close coordination with the Israeli government's body Tkuma which is responsible for rehabilitating 4 municipalities post-october 7th and the insurance companies.
